Yoga at The Body Therapy Clinic is vinyasa style,  

with an emphasis on flowing movement, posture and stabilization of the body’s core.

Students are encouraged to work with awareness, coordinating the breath and Asanas (yoga postures).

Class sizes are small and everyone progresses at his/her own pace.


The introduction of small hand-weights to the yoga class has proved to be a popular addition.  Working with weights is not only beneficial for bone density but it also makes you concentrate on using your core in postures. 

Keep in mind, the use of the weights is optional.



Tuesday           9.30am – 11.00am

Tuesday           6.00pm –  7.30pm

Wednesday     9.00am – 10.30am

Friday               9.30am – 11.00am

Saturday          8.00am –  9.30am




Casual: $25 per class


10 Classes: $200 (valid for 3 months)
